Friendly, Comfortable Place to Stay

Attractive villa but poor location

Welcoming manager. Authentic Baliese style bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed and quality bedding. Spacious rooms

Isolation from any useable shops or restaurants. Packs of roaming dogs, some of which were vicious. Nearby beach was dramatic but filthy, unbfriendly locals and with constantly barking and erratic dogs. 3 single power points in the bedroom, all in a cluster on the wall opposite the bed. Villa very hard to find, in laneway in poor repair.

Again everytime

The host was gorgeous. He greeted us very kindly with new towels and a hint for a nice restaurant and offered his help if we needed anything. Thanks a lot

The place was all comfortable and clean, and the balcony had a pleasent view into the very quite neighborhood.

A great clean, comfortable and intimate stay. Our host Suca was amazing going above and beyond in accommodating all our needs including organising a scooter for us to use to explore and recommending a great local restaurant.

Boutique villa, big rooms, big bathroom. Very private, great place to stay for couple of days. 10 min to beach breakfast great and they have pick up from airport $. They organised tickets to Gili Islands and drop off to Harbour. Pool clean and cool.

Hidden gem! Peaceful, clean, and relaxing place to be.

Spacious room, high ceilings, massive bath, huge bed (we're 5'10 and 6'2), cold aircon, big shower, very clean property, clean pool which was very refreshing in the humidity, blackout curtains were good in the morning too. Quiet and peaceful area, being woken up by the charming local chickens was the loudest thing that occurred during our stay. Plenty of locally run roadside stalls within a couple minutes walk for water/snacks and MANGOS, which are a must do. Lovely breakfast prepared every morning. The pastry/bread was delicious and varied! Friendly and welcoming host, he will have a beer with you if you offer 😊 Suci was incredibly helpful. At one point, we needed more cash and were about to catch a Gojek to get more, but he offered to drive us to a spot nearby that didn't appear on Google Maps. Translated for us when we ordered food and things got lost in translation. Wonderful chap! We enjoyed our stay at Araya and the surrounding area so much that we are already planning our next trip. I miss sitting by the pool eating fresh mangos already. Thank you Suci!

We had to leave so soon. We will be staying at least a week next time.

Amazing stay

The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and what I found very attentive is that when we didn't finish something, he noticed and replaced it with a different item to suit our tastes. There is a small parking area inside of the gate for motorbikes, kitchen and fridge to store your things in. The room is clean and spacious, bathroom disposes of a bathtub as well. I really liked my stay here.

The kitchen could be maybe a little more orderly and bathroom sink washed better after housekeeping.

I would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was the most helpful staff I've ever experienced. I forgot my wallet at another stay and they drove there and got it for me. The breakfast was made at our preferred time and there was nothing to complain about.

There were some ants on the balcony, but nothing serious.

Property was well-maintained, clean and pleasant.

Property was a little difficult to locate initially as you have to make several turns through narrow roads in the neighbourhood before getting there. However it is just a short walk from the beach and also from Jeeva Saba if you are attending a wedding there. Another disadvantage of the general neighbourhood (and not just the property’s location) is that it isn’t too safe to walk around at night due to the presence of potentially aggressive dogs. Strongly advise all travellers to take a taxi (grab or gojek) when travelling around at night, even for short distances.

It's a quiet place, closed to Villa Jeeva (where we had our friends wedding!) by only 10 minutes by walk. The bedroom is very clean, spacious with a comfy bed. The owner picked up at the airport and was very helpful for all our queries.

The directions to go to Araya villa saba are not indicated from the main road.

Nie mam słów, żeby wyrazić jak świetne jest to miejsce. Mieliśmy pokój w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie basenu. Widok z rana cudowny. Sam pokój wyposażony w pełni, bardzo wygodny i duży. Okolica bujnie zielona, zachwycająca. Obiekt zadbany z wielkim sercem. Na największe pochwały zasługuje przemiły właściciel, który pomagał nam na każdym kroku z poleceniami miejsc w okolicy, nawet z podwózką do nich, sam przygotowywał piękne, wyśmienite śniadania (na godzinę wg naszych preferencji) i był do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Z całego serca polecam też masaż u brata Pana właściciela 🙂 Rzadko to robię, ale jest to miejsce zdecydowanie warte powrotu.

Местоположение нормальное.

Бассейн был в нерабочем состоянии. Но это не самое страшное. Объект нее обрабатывается от насекомых. В нашей кровати внизу жили тараканы, пауки, ящерицы и даже сколопендры захаживали. Стоило ночью включить свет и был просто ужас. Съехали через 3 дня. Владелец деньги не вернул.

La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable con nosotros, nos guardó maletas, nos ayudó a rentar una moto. El hotel estaba limpio tenía buenos amenities, era amplio y tenía todo lo que necesitabas aire acondicionado, una buena tina. Me gusto mucho.

Cómo tiene plantas cerca, ves animalitos, pero nada de que alarmarse.
