The home was very convenient to beach access. Host was prompt and attentive in responses. Kitchen was well stocked for both indoor and outdoor cooking. New furniture was comfortable and seating was plentiful. Bedrooms were well sized and beds comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great house, great location! The house is really nice, larger than it looks with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It's well equipped, with towels, sheets, games, puzzles, beach equipment and lots of cooking supplies too! The location is perfect, just a few steps to beach access, with no roads to cross, which was really convenient, especially with 3 kids. It's also located really close to Avalon's small boardwalk (arcade, restaurant, ice cream) and just a few blocks to downtown Avalon for all of your shopping needs. Richard was an exceptional host, I really appreciated his communication throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this home for anyone (especially families) looking for a great place to relax and spread out in Avalon!
