Welcome to your perfect seaside escape! This beautifully maintained three-level beachfront home is nestled along the dunes in a private setting, offering breathtaking ocean views and direct access to relaxation.

Wake up to spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic from the second-floor living areas and the private third-floor master suite. Enter the property via a private driveway off 13th Street, where you’ll find ample off-street parking and a garage for convenient storage.
Outdoor Comfort & Beach Amenities
After a day on the sand, enjoy the convenience of two outdoor showers—no waiting required! Owners thoughtfully provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart, beach tags, and a selection of bikes to make your stay effortless and fun. Multiple decks offer sweeping water views, including a partially covered sun deck perfect for al fresco dining with a natural gas grill for easy summer entertaining. A spiral staircase connects the second and third floor decks for seamless outdoor living.
First Floor: Perfect for Kids & Guests
Spacious kids’ room with two twin beds, queen-size sofa bed, small sofa, and extra refrigerator.
Sliding glass door to rear patio and outdoor showers.
Two half bathrooms (one en suite, one in hallway).
Additional bedroom with one queen bed.
Second Floor – Main Living & Gathering Spaces:
Two queen bedrooms.
Full hall bathroom with tub/shower.
