- Access to outdoor garden space. If interested in fresh coconut to eat/drink, please request from the onsite caretaker for $1 each. Paid directly to them.

🌟NEIGHBOURHOOD/AREA🌟
Private jungle beach vibes surrounded by nature with an authentic and local feel. The area is NOT a highly “touristic” area - it is a small town environment with other beautiful beach houses or local humble homes. A true hidden gem 🌊
Little shops/restaurants are located 2-5 minutes walking down the street including the local “malecón” boardwalk. The town (including grocery store) is located 10 minutes away via car or local “pick up truck” bus
The beach is private with barely any visitors in sight
Locals are warm and friendly - you may find some selling various yummy goods as they walk by or pickup trucks full of fresh fruit/vegetables driving by
Nearby attractions include local markets, fishing, and amazing Salvadorean restaurants. The beach town “San Luis Talpa” includes small pupuserias, tortilleras, pizza restaurant, Don Pollo restaurant, & many convenience stores

- Car rental fee: $25/day for sedan (4 people) OR $40/day for SUV (7 people)
- Pick-up from and to airport can be arranged for $20/trip

This home was great for what we needed - across the street from the most beautiful beach imaginable. The house is open and lots of room for hanging out with family. The bedrooms each have a bathroom attached which was perfect.

It's a very beautiful, safe, gated property, expanding as they are building more. I really liked that we were able to book the entire place for my family since there was two homes. The gps took us further down but the home is actually between the two towers, it would help if it was numbered or named.
