Completely renovated beach house, it is beachfront located, capacity for a minimum of 12 people, all 3 rooms have air conditioning and their own bathroom and also wifi.

Kitchen is equipped for 30 people, two fridges and one freezer for those long vacations, it also has stove and oven as well as microwave, small oven, coffee maker.

Completely renovated pool as well, with sun tan area and pool area for kids.

Our host was terrific! The pool was lovely. The beach access was terrific. The garden was lovely and the beach was quiet and beautiful!

Loved the grounds, the beach vibe, the upstairs deck. Had a great time in the water and the pool. Grocery store is about 3 minute drive. No great food nearby except pupusas (amazing). The photos are old, but I think the place is like a little sanctuary with all the flowers and plants. It was a lovely stay. About 1.5 hours drive to surf city.

There was no housekeeping inside the house. No hot water and the internet only work the last day.
