Résidence LANGLET - Appartements & Studios Premium climatisés - Hyper-centre Reims

The location couldn't have been better. We were literally around the corner from a secure car park and so central and quiet, we couldn't have picked a better apartment. We were kept up to date with check in availability times, and able to check in earlier than planned. The rooms were clean and suitably furnished with everything we needed. The air con was a welcome addition and certainly appreciated due to the hot weather, you could control the air con through the provided app, which we found to be really helpful. The app was also especially useful for opening the main entrance doors, making coming and going very easy without having to worry about carrying keys. When we went out to explore there were restaurants, cafes and bars within 500m of the apartment, all serving good food and, importantly, they felt like genuinely local rather than typical tourist focused places. This was only a short city break, and as we have only explored a small part of Reims, we are already looking at booking the apartment again for next year.

USB above sofa didn’t work

Great location, more or less close to everything, the Cathedral, the restuarants and for me (most importantly) close to Hôtel de Ville | Champagne Parc Auto parking which actually has great long-term (multi-day) parking rates (just go to the 2nd entrt ticket machine down the ramp, ignore the 1st machine. The flip down bed in my room was nice and comfy enough but outting it back up can be challenging to keep it there (I dont think the magnets are sufficient). It has a nice kitchen area and minibar and the bathroom is nice too.

Actually USING the kitchen however.... if you fry pretty much anything within 2 minutes you will be setting off a ear-piercing smoke alarm so I pre-opened the window and it still didnt do much to help but I was told the smoke alarm is forced to be there in that place due to laws. The bathroom does smell a bit off though, maybe sewerage smell coming back up the drain pipe of the shower (why? I dont know, maybe the piping setup), I left the door open so it didnt get overbearing. Its just noticeable.
