Cute cottage, lovely bedrooms.
The fences need to be more secure our dog got out.

Such a lovely stay at Red roof. Facilities were good
Dishwasher great cooker etc.
The garden wasn't secure for a small dog like ours but we filled the gaps in , but the fence to next door had really wide wire fencing.

It was very comfortable and clean, it felt homely and there was nice comfy beds and quality linens, nice furniture. The pub across the road served nice meals. The heaters were very good, the kids enjoyed the big bath.
Only 3 seats plus a stool for 4 people, I ended up with my 2 grandchildren squashed on a 2 seater with me. The 2nd bedroom was very cold, the children slept with tops and socks over their PJs and a blanket each under the duvets, it was very cold weather, we had the first snow of the year. There was no airer to hang washing on despite there being a washing machine.

Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
The property is very tired and needs some TLC.
Please get a new loo seat and repair flush.
Some areas need re plastering.
