Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet (kleine Spülmaschine inklusive Tabs, Toaster, Kapselmaschine, Geschirr, Besteck etc.). Der Türcode kam pünktlich als Nachricht über die Buchungsapp. Der Garten war mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder ausgestattet, außerdem gab es einen kleinen Pool. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, es gab einen Kaffeevollautomaten und ausreichend Hochstühle für Kleinkinder. Für jedes Apartment gab es einen Parkplatz.
Obwohl das Haus bereits 2022 fertiggestellt wurde, hingen im Flur noch Kabel aus der Wand. Die Wohnung sah aus, als sei man in einem Ikea-Katalog, keine Bilder an den Wänden, etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es im Garten keine Sauna. Leider konnte man die Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln, was insbesondere für Kinder unpraktisch ist, da die Vorhänge schlecht angebracht waren und es keine Jalousien oder Rollladen gab.
