Największym atutem jest lokalizacja oraz bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo bogatej oferty gastronomicznej (w części należąca do hotelu ) i co jest żadkością w obecnych czasach - darmowy parking dla gości hotelu .

Hotel jest tak wyposażony, że w razie niepogody nie trzeba wychodzić z obiektu. Wszystko jest na miejscu lub bardzo blisko.
Wszystko było zgodnie z oczekiwaniami lub lepiej. Co w sumie było może nie minusem co zaskoczeniem to to, że wraz ze zmniejszeniem się ilości gości (dzień po długim weekendzie) na śniadaniu było wszystkiego mniej i brakowało kilku rzeczy które były na codzień gdy gości było więcej.
