Perfect accommodation

The studio is perfect.Everything is completely new and clean.The bed is very comfortable.You have everything you need.It's near the beach.The hosts are friendly and hospitable. We'll be back again.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect and as shown and described on Booking.com page. The owners really paid attention everyone to feel welcomed and comfy. They greet us with a bottle of wine and even a bag of tomatoes from their own garden. It is one of our best vacation experiences. The surrounding nature and beaches only gave an extra value to our vacation. Hope to visit them again.

Lovely!

The room is newly renovated and nicely decorated, everything in it is completely new and therefore clean. The house is located in a quiet street, so it is really nice for sleeping. In addition, the beds are very comfy, there is a nice balcony, which is in the shade most of the day. Host were lovely and super responsive. They even gave us bio vegetables grown in their own garden!

The only thing that could be improved is the intervals in which cleaning of the room is done. Our room was fully cleaned once during our 10 days stay. However, that was not much of an issue since the host were super responsive - we asked for an additional set of towels and they provided us with them super quickly.

Perfect place in Nea Roda

Perfect accommodation at perfect location! Very clean and renovated, has everything needed for a short or longer stay. Very near to the beach, market and main street with restaurants. Hosts are friendly and helpful and greeted us with a bottle of wine. Definitely would return!

There should be some kind of shower curtain because otherwise everything gets wet, but it's a minor issue as everything else was great.

Superb

The host is very kind and helpful. She was very responsive, and she even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome. The room is nice with a balcony and kitchenette. There's a supermarket and some restaurants around. The parking in the street is easy and free. The wifi is very fast. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this place.

The shower doesn't have a hanger, nor a door, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower, but this is common in the are, we l saw the same style in other places.

The apartments were very nice, I felt like at home, very clean and only 200 meters from the beach where there are many restaurants and cafes, KATARINA is one of the most friendliest people I have met here in Halkidiki When the visit halkidiki next time KATARINA😀😀 APARTMENTS is my first stop TNX for everything KATARINA😀😀😀😀

Όλα Αψογα.. Ευχαριστούμε.

Ητανε ακριβώς ολα οπως την περιγραφή.Σε καλή τοποθεσία μεσα στο χωριό,μολις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την παραλια των Νεων Ρόδων.Καθαρό,cozy,με ωραίο μπαλκονακι δροσερό και με θεα στη θάλασσα. Ανακαινισμένο,καθαρό και όμορφο δωματιο.Χαμογελαστοί και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες και διαθεσιμοι να σε εξυπηρετησουν και να σε κατευθύνουν.Πολύ βολικη η τοποθεσία για εξορμυσεις ειτε προς Κομιτσα ειτε προς Ουρανουπολη και απο κει Δρένια ή και απο την πισω πλευρά στη παραλια του Ξυροποταμου.Όλα άψογα.Σιγουρα θα ξαναεπισκεφθουμε το Sand Rooms...

Αν και σχετικα μικρος χώρος ολα ητανε διαμορφωμένα άψογα και λειτουργικά για την διαμονη μας.Και πεντακαθαρα.

Εκπληκτική επιλογή στα Νέα Ρόδα!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο,σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία,μόνο 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα.Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν όλες οι παροχές και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί με φρέσκα φρούτα ήταν το extra mile στη διαμονή μας!

Το μόνο ίσως πράγμα που θα έπρεπε να αλλάξει,είναι η έλλειψη κ αντικατάσταση της τηλεόρασης με μια νεότερης τεχνολογίας.

Останахме много доволни от престоя си.

В стаята имаше всички необходими удобства: климатик, хладилник, телевизор, възможност за готвене. Домакините са любезни и отзивчиви. Стаята беше много чиста. Смениха спалнто бельо на третия ден. Къщата за гости се намира на 3 минути пеша от плажа и от крайбрежната улица. Има много таверни наблизо. Хлебопекарната е на съседната улица.
