About this house rental
EASY 30 MINUTE DRIVE TO NCAA FINAL 4 DOWNTOWN SAN ANTONIO. This magnificent 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the banks of the Guadalupe River features a fenced yard with gated entrance, an enclosed elevator, a large covered back deck with a gas grill. Since this is our personal home, you will find everything you need for cooking or baking. A ping-pong table and pool table, basketball goal, corn hole, free WiFi and printer available, a fire pit down by the water. The Master offers a King sized bed and sitting area with a private door leading to the covered back porch. The master also offers blackout shades for those wanting to sleep in. The guest bedrooms also both offer king sized beds. There are 2 sofas in the living room that will allow for an 8 person stay.
House is under new ownership and many upgrades have been done; new refrigerator, new furniture, and brand new carpet as of May 2022. Kitchen is fully accessorized as if you were in your own home. We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do!!
NOTE; Take note of the low water picture, which reflects current water level conditions due to dam gate issues. River accessible for all activities except boating. UPDATE; Jan 2024, Dam reconstruction on going with expected completion date of May 2025,…LAKE WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL CONDITIONS!!

Very nice location and home!! Host were great and responsive to all my questions. The only thing was the lake was down due to the dam construction, but can't wait til it's fix so we can return. This location was so easy to head to San Antonio, Gruene, or New Branfels. Grismill Restaurant in the historic distric in Gruene was a great place to eat. Shops and boutiques were cute to walk through. No air conditioning when we went so wear clothes to keep you cool.

This rental was fantastic, it was everything and more than what we expected. The check in and check out was simple and seamless, the house was spotless and gave our party more than enough room. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area and need a place to stay with friends or family.

Beautiful! We needed quality time together and this home was perfect for that. My teen kiddo loved the basketball court and ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Space was amazing in open the living room, so we could all be chatting from the kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms and jack and jill bathroom .. perfect!!

My wife and I choose this place to celebrate our anniversary weekend. The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our friends to join us on our special day. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cooking items needed for a local chef to come in and cook us his magic for our meal.
The patio overlooking the river made for a perfect place to enjoy the evening breeze.
We would love to visit again with our entire family!
