Quietly nestled in the Golf Terrace community across the street from Pinehurst Country Club, this fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom, second floor condo will be your home away from home while visiting Pinehurst, NC. Facing No. 3 and a short walk across No.5 to the Pinehurst Country Club, play The Cradle Short Course, which the Golf Channel calls “the most fun 10 acres in all of golf” or practice your short game at Thistle Dhu 18-hole putting green. While there, you can eat and enjoy cocktails at The Deuce and The Cradle’s open-air bar. It’s a short half mile walk to the historic Village of Pinehurst, where you can dine and shop at several lovely local restaurants and unique boutiques. Enjoy your stay here in Pinehurst while playing all the legendary golf courses (private and public) North Carolina has to offer (see some of favorite public courses below).
This renovated, open floorplan has wood floors, new cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. It is fully furnished with new linens, has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of items to make you feel at home. Complete with Wi-Fi, cable TV, streaming apps - and plenty of space to relax in the living areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and balcony. The laundry area is located inside this room. On the other side of the condo is the other two bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with two twin size beds. The spare bathroom has a tub/shower. The kitchen/dining room open to a large living room and the large balcony overlooks course No. 5 with amazing sunset views.
Directions to the private entrance of Golf Terrance Condos – turn off Beulah Hill Rd S at the stop light where Morganton Rd intersects. You will feel like you are driving on the cart path of Pinehurst No.3 or No. 5. Go straight (watch out for golfers) then a slight bend to the right, through the course, but on the paved road, to the hidden, secluded condos of Golf Terrace. See picture attached.

This condo was very clean and spacious. The location was central to everything. There was a train that came by two nights while we were sleeping but it didn’t last long. Having the laundry in the unit was really convenient. The porch view was relaxing. We will definitely stay at this condo again and suggest others to do so as well.

Great location and perfect for group of 3-4. Had everything we needed and was close enough to Pinehurst we could shoot over whenever we wanted.

Property is in a great location in the heart of Pinehurst. Very close to golf, the Village, etc. very clean and the king bed was very nice.

Really nice area to stay for a golf getaway. The place that we stayed in was new which was nice but there were some issues with the place. The kitchen sink only had hot water, the refrigerator water and ice machine didn't work and the guest bathroom shower didn't work.
