Kick back and relax in this updated, cozy cottage. When you aren't out on the golf course, take a stroll through the Historic Village of Pinehurst and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and bars. Or walk across the street to the Carolina Hotel and enjoy a meal at the Carolina Vista while watching the sunset from their sprawling veranda. A stay at the Ivy Kirk Cottage is sure to provide you with a vacation to remember.
This three-bedroom, two full-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8. The primary room features a king bed, personal ensuite and a sliding door with access to the back deck. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two double beds. In addition the couch in the living room converts into a queen bed. Each room is equipped with smart TVs providing Spectum streaming service. And all bedrooms have light-blocking curtains to provide the best night's sleep.
A grand living and dining space allow for great entertaining, while the newly updated kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials to cook up a lovely meal. The private back deck has also been updated and expanded to provide space for everyone to sit around the fire pit at the end of the day.
Ivy Kirk Cottage is located just two blocks from the Village of Pinehurst center and only 6 miles from Downtown Southern Pines. This allows for a multitude of wonderful dining and shopping options at your finger tips.

Absolutely 5 star accommodations at this lovely home just a couple of blocks from Pinehurst Village - easy and pleasant walk to restaurants like Lisi's, Agora, Roast Office, Holly Inn, and the Pinehurst Resort (the Carolina). The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and had beautiful views out front and back. Large deck with solo stove and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot with excellent water pressure. Definitely felt like home away from home. Will stay here again without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

House is even better than the pictures. Very cool space with large patio - comfortable rooms, large living room, full kitchen. Great location across the street from the Carolina Hotel and a short walk into the village. Will definitely stay here again - perfect for a small group of friends or family.
