Very beautiful village house of 130 m2 completely renovated, in Monêtier les Bains, in the hamlet of Guibertes, ski area of Serre-Chevalier Vallée (05). Labeled Serre-Chevalier Briançon 3***, the village house has a lot of charm and offers premium services in a chalet atmosphere.

DESCRIPTION***
Very beautiful village house on 3 levels, with a large living room all in wood, and two balconies enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountain, underfloor heating, wood stove, free internet access, large wooden terrace and quiet for the summer on the first floor and private parking (2 spaces).
A small haven of peace, the hamlet of Guibertes offers the charm of the authentic and is located at the foot of the cross-country ski trails. It is located 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car from Monêtier-les-bains, the starting point of the ski lifts, with a large free parking lot.
You can also reach the Monêtier-les-bains ski lifts with the free Guibertes shuttle.
First floor:
- Entrance through the beautiful 40m² larch terrace ideal for the summer,
- Ski-room and laundry room with washing machine/dryer, storage cupboard and ski cupboard.
1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed (140x190),
- a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90x190),
- 1 shower room,
- 1 separate toilet,
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet adjoining the master bedroom.
2nd floor:
- Magnificent living room of 70m² with sloping ceiling, 2 balconies, wood stove, living and dining room, equipped and open kitchen, wifi, TV, bar.

Toboggan runs for children and the Grands Bains du Monêtier thermal leisure centre (4,500m²) with its naturally hot water pools.
At the foot of a Nordic ski area (44km) in the unique natural setting of the Guisane valley, snowshoeing, departure for many hikes, mountain biking.
