About this chalet rental
Large kitchen and large living room with wood stove, mezzanine of 25m2 to read or watch TV;
Ground floor: kitchen living room hall WC Utility room access garage for storage of skis
1st floor: 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and toilet
1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 separate toilet
2nd floor: dormitory with 3 single beds. Washbasin and WC.
Shuttle 5 minutes walk. - Private parking 3 outdoor places.
Chalet located at the foot of the cross-country ski trail and halfway (5 minutes by car) from the start of the ski slopes of Monêtier and Villeneuve.
SITUATION: In the village of Guibertes, commune of Monêtier-les-bains.
EQUIPMENT: Dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, oven, freezer, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, microwave, hair dryer, toaster, cocote minute, raclette and fondue equipment; TV, internet, wood stove (Tulikivi firewood provided).
BEDDING: Duvets. 2 double beds 160, 1 double bed 140, 3 single beds 90.
SERVICES: Possibility of rental of household linen and household with the company AXEO who hosts, hand over the keys, made the inventory, note the power consumption. Electrical consumption charge to be paid on the spot at AXEO (check or cash, between 80 and 150 € - order of magnitude).
The cottage must be made clean; cleaning can be done by the AXEO st, which requires 210 € TTC for a complete household of the chalet.
