The apartment was well furnished with all the equipment and fittings required for a comfortable stay.

Nous avons apprécié l'ensemble du bien mis à disposition. Cet appartement est simplement au top de ce l'on attend pour une location. Les propriétaires sont en permanence en contact au cas ou il y aurait une défaillance.

Les étages . Pour les personnes âgées ou avec handicap cela peut être une difficulté. Cela n' a pas été insurmontable pour nous mais mérite d'être souligné.

Appartement vraiment agréable à occuper : il est spacieux, très propre, équipé de façon très fonctionnelle et décoré avec goût. Tout pour plaire…!Un séjour de 3 nuits beaucoup apprécié.

Globalement, notre séjour a été excellent.

L'appartement était impeccable et neuf, doté de tout le confort moderne. Il offrait une vue magnifique et bénéficiait d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité de nombreux commerces, parfait pour les visites touristiques et les promenades.

Son lit était un peu inconfortable et grinçait.

Vraiment super et nous avons hâte de retourner !

L'appartement est très joliment décoré et bien équipé. La cuisine était très agréable à utiliser et le grand lit était très confortable. On a pu se garer facilement en face. Cédric était toujours disponible immédiatement au téléphone. Tout a était très bien expliqué. La petite épicerie en bas était un bonus, et elle est ouverte jusqu'à 22H00, ce qui est assez exceptionnel chez nous en Bretagne et très pratique. La jolie petite centre-ville de Plancouët est tout près, idem pour le joli parc autour de la rivière de l'Arguenon.

Pour ce qui n'aime pas les escaliers, il faut monter ses bagages au deuxième étage, mais pour nous ce n'était pas un problème. Le coffret des clefs était un peu difficile à ouvrir, mais avec Cédric rapidement au téléphone, ils nous avons expliqué l'astuce nécessaire.

Excellent séjour de vacances dans un magnifique appartement

La vue, l'emplacement, la facilité de se garer. L'appartement était vraiment très joli et nos hôtes réactifs, chaleureux et flexibles. La plage et Dinan facilement accessibles en train ou en bus, les arrêts étant tout proches. Plancoët très agréable.

Séjour Breton

Le volume de l'appartement, ses équipements, la vue sur la Rance. La disponibilité des propriétaires. Il y a une petite alimentation en bas de l'immeuble pour dépanner, ainsi qu'une pizzeria. Les places de parking à proximité. Plancoët est un point de départ géographique bien situé.

Les étages pour y accéder. La sonorité de la literie ne favorise pas le sommeil s'il est léger comme le mien.
