It was very clean and we'll appointed. Centrally located. Metro in the park was easy to access. The bus right out front goes directly to the beach.
I liked everything. My only suggestion would be to add a light under the cabinets in the kitchen to light up the counter space while cooking.
The power did go out twice but was fixed immediately

Great location, right next to the subway, easy to get anywhere. Clean apartment, cozy.
There was a bit of a lack of communication around my check in - be careful if you are planning to check in after 10 p.m. it will not be possible
I did not receive certain messages (perhaps it was a booking error) stating that check in after 10 p.m. will not be possible and I arrived after 10 p.m.
I tried to get the keys to check in that night but was denied and had to book another hotel until the next morning
All in all a good stay but I would be careful regarding check in and check out times
