For the price you can't beat this hotel, it's cleaner than a lot of big name hotels
The bed was a little too firm,but some people enjoy firm beds.

Clean floor, clean towels, clean grounds, basic, hard mattress was excellent. Owner was amicable when my business associate didn't have to stay the second night and they issued a refund. Worth maybe 40 a night until they add non smoking signage, fix furniture and bathroom lights, but was affordable
Broken doors on furniture, weird smell like definitely wasn't non smoking. A lot of smokers stay there. The 20 second motion activated light in the bathroom drove me nuts. It takes a lot longer than 20 seconds to shower so that was stupid.
