The location, the view and the apartment were all excellent. Just a couple of little things would have made it faultless. See next.

Just a couple of minor niggles stopped it from being absolutely perfect. 1) The table on the balcony is life expired and needs replacing. The balcony chairs are close behind it. 2) The shower is excellent. Probably new? But the shower head doesn't properly fit the bracket on the wall, which is presumably from a previous installation. Therefore getting the head to stay in position is tricky. 3) The chest of drawers in the master bedroom needs replacing. The drawers do not slide home without a lot of fiddling!

Excellent location, clean, light, spacious, comfortable and well equipped

Steps up to entrance not lit, water running down them constantly from overflowing drains of flat above. Tv did not function properly in spite of being re-programmed

Great location. Great to have a garage. Great views over the estuary.

Directions could have been clearer and house name at the property made more prominent.

Excellent location with an amazing view, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with the added bonus of parking.

The bedroom carpet could do with replacing and a carpet in the lounge would make it cosier and quieter. parking could do with better management as non residents use it and blocked us in the garage.
