Grand Victorian 1,200+ square foot unit, with Sleeping for 6. 1 King, 1 queen, 1 single, and 1 pullout couches in the living room! A great deal for families! Street View balcony, Central heat and a/c, Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. Check in is a breeze with plenty of staff to answer any questions and point you in the right direction. Condo itself is beautiful. The decor is fantastic and everything is very comfortable and clean. The unit is very spacious and if that’s not enough, you can hang out on the balcony and enjoy the activities going on outside.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Great location, roomy enough for a family to stay comfortably, and clean. We had a lot of fun!

The location was perfect. Walkability was great! Right on the beach. Reserved parking. The only problem was that the air conditioning had been preprogrammed to return to 74 degrees at night. We were not able to change that, and it was much too warm for sleeping! Since it did not face the ocean, there was no breeze, so opening windows would not have helped. I strongly feel that when someone rents a home, they should be able to set the temperature where it is comfortable for them. The bed in the smaller bedroom was entirely too hard. Everything else about the condo was fine.
