About this apartment rental
Modern, Ocean Front fully equipped unit 510 at the Grand Victorian . Fabulous ocean views
from each of the 3 decks. (Palace Playland Side) Fireworks can be seen every Thursday Starting June 28th at 9:45 from the decks. Right in the midst of everything.
We have furnished and stocked our condo like it was a year round primary home. There is cable t.v. in every bedroom . The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a very comfortable full sleeper sofa with a gel top mattress , with its own private bathroom. The two guest rooms have 2 twin beds in one and one Queen bed in the other . There is also a air mattress and cot in closet If needed
We also have a baby crib, high chair, beach towels and beach chairs to use . Some other fabulous amenities are
Bosh washer and dryer in unit
Cable/wireless internet
1 on site parking space and 1 off site space available (This is standard in this building)
Sound proof deck doors and windows
linens and towels
Indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room
Building is secure with key fob entry system
Monthly/long term rentals available during winter months
A short 20 minute drive to Portland or take the train which is a short walk away. A short drive to Maine Mall, Kittery Outlets, Freeport. or Kennebunkport. The town also runs a local red trolley that will take youaround town .

Well maintained and clean, with quality appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the large TV and the balcony, which looks out of the amusement park and the many walkers and gawkers. Fifth floor was a plus. Can see for miles...

The location is perfect as is the view. The kitchen has all the amenities needed and plenty of towels, even beach chairs!!!
Some of the furnishings are quite worn and are past due replacing, bring cleaning supplies(if you like to referesh su, detergent, paper products and dish tabs from home! I may be petty but when paying that kind of money for the condo I guess my expectations are high.
