Quick & easy access less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will get you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive. Just a short drive to the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Elmwood Golf Course, Howard Wood Field, Downtown Sioux Falls, Levitt at The Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

Great location, lots of space, the party games were fun to play. There are no checkout instructions. Host communicated well for check-in. We would stay here again.

Perfect house for our weekend getaway. We were looking forward to the hot tub but the cover was broken- and a lot of styrofoam was in it when we arrived. There was some cleanliness issues- dishes and silverware that were not washed, floors not swept; some crumbs around the house. Overall- a good stay and nice to have the family together in a house as opposed to a hotel.
