Entry was very easy as there was a lock box outside front door, so we didn't have to time our arrival with meeting the host. The code was provided prior to arrival.
Only one key provided. Two would be better as my wife and I went out for a walk but my teenage daughter wanted to stay in the apartment, so she had to lock us out and then let us back in.

The code to get the key was wrong, however I rung up and got the correct code within a few mins, no bother. Very clean property, well looked after up to date facilities. Great location as short walk from beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Will stay here again if I am in Newcastle area again. Parking spot outside the property too which was a bonus!
