La ubicación es ideal, es una urbanización que está en primera línea, con piscina, parque para niños, baños en la piscina y unas mesas para hacer picnic. Hasta barbacoa con mesas.
El edificio está en obras desde hace dos años porque está bastante deteriorado, los ascensores son muy antiguos. El apartamento está reformado pero no muy cuidado, el tendedero está oxidado, aunque no la utilizamos la TV no tenía mando, el armario de la terraza le falta una puerta, y la mesa del salón está rota….

Las zonas comunes son ideales y la proximidad a la playa es inmejorable.
El aparcamiento excesivamente concurrido pero es a causa de las obras de mejora y acondicionamiento.

Equipamiento bastante nuevo
Estaba toda la urbanización en obras, aunque no afecta a la vivienda particular, afean el entorno, hubiera ido mejor en otro momento de haberlo informado
