Good location and facilities
Very good location, walking distance from all the attractions. Comfortable bed, mattress much improved on previous reviews. Lovely having the well equipped kitchen and close to supermarket. Heating good, shower good, very helpful and prompt staff support. Good instructions on location and access. Really nice being so close to Chinatown

The host was very kind and attentive, the location is excellent, and check-in/out was quick and easy with no issues.

The mattress was not so good but not a big deal. There were few noisy neighbours as well but the host was helpful with the issue however he couldn't do much.

Terrible, poorly managed, dirty, ripped off

Hosts sent us broken links to pay security deposit then were late checking us in. Mould and smoke damage in the bathroom. Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. No extractor fan in bathroom made this worse. Silver fish in bathroom. Mouldy bedsheets in the cupboard. Dirty bedding on beds. Dirty stained towels. Front door to the building, which was student accommodation, didn’t lock so was open to anyone. Toilet stopped working for half a day. On the last day we had no hot water. Property was dirty throughout
