Hubiese sido mejor si hubiera ascensor.

Good location near railway station. Host was pleasant and helpful and replied to messages. Room was compact, as described, but had all usual amenities eg hairdryer, within the room and was modern, immaculate and very clean. Decent coffee, quick and easy breakfast, fridge for guest use. There is even a roof terrace which I did not use.
There was slight noise during the evening from the other guests but no noise overnight, so I had restful sleep.
