Great location, nice room , everything you need are there. The owner is very flexible and helpful .
Only the shower faucet is difficult to turn on/off.

Easy walk from the station, and to the old town. The room was comfortable and the fridge was a welcome addition.
The check-in time kept changing, and the requirement to sign a rental agreement was a surprise. We asked for an additional pillow but this was not provided. We had no kettle in our room and sadly the shared kitchen facilities during our stay were filthy with dirty dishes in the sink and left all over benchtops. The host insists on guests being responsible for sorting and taking out rubbish, however, there could be a few reminders to guests to clean up and be considerate of fellow guests.
