A marvellous stay!

The apartment was super cute, cosy and well decorated. The kitchenette was well supplied and has everything you need. Everything was super clean. It was a spacious apartment right in the heart of Rovinj. I felt at home in Casa Albina. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in oldtown. Ana was very kind and helpful. Clean room, had apt #1, only10 steps from maindoor. Will recommend! Easy check in and out.

The studio apartment is located in the heart of Rovinj, in walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, bars, and beaches. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cosy.

A beautiful apartment in the old town

A beautiful and clean, tastefully renovated apartment in the old town. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water – everything was perfect. A fridge, kettle, hairdryer, and towels were provided. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until 12 PM, which was a very kind gesture. Cars are not allowed to enter, but a large paid parking lot is just a 5-minute walk away. There's a particularly good restaurant located right below the apartment.

Great location, clean property. Parking an issue

Lovely clean property and comfy beds. Great shower and location was amazing.

The only issue we had was that the listing said parking nearby however we went to this parking and the only option was to return each day to pay for another day. So we was recommended to park at another car park near by. Sadly the 2 nights cost us €84 - it’s extortionate and I think better directions are needed to give parking facilities.

Perfect communication, excellent location, drinks in a fridge, air-conditioner, beautiful bathroom. Many restaurants nearby. Very friendly owner who gave us useful tips where we can find a doctor and tourist center.

In our room, there was a bed which was comfortable but had too much soft mattress, not great for people with backache but it is not the fault of the owner.

The location was perfect. Stepping outside the door into the center of Rovinj was lovely. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The hot water tank is small, so we had a hard time getting in hot showers for two people in the morning. The new bed she put on is also not great quality and falls apart if you sit in it in the wrong spot.

Great Place, Terrible owner

Great location, clean and confortable rooms

The double bed was TWO beds that break down in the middle, so a couple cant sleep properly together. The owner was very rude with us when communicating AFTER a missunderstanding occured due to parking. I ended up paying almost 100 EUR for one day and a half because of poor communication, and the owner got very aggreseive via messages after I showed my discomfort with such a payment (should have been no more than 30 EUR).

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Rovinj

Wir hatten eine kleine, schöne, frisch renovierte, saubere Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Die Wohnung war in einem Altstadthaus, demzufolge war die Wohnung nicht riesig aber für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab alles was man braucht und es war alles funktionell. Das Boxspringbett war gemütlich, und unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Man muß wissen, dass man in der Altstadt nicht parken darf, aber wir hatten einen Tipp bekommen wo wir unser Auto kostenlos abstellen konnten, was aber auch nicht immer möglich ist. An dieser Stelle nochmals liebe Grüße an Dich, Ana.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und praktisch, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt bis zu zwei Wochen, Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wird auf jedenfall dafür sorgen, dass man sich wohlfühlt und dass einem nichts fehlt, Küche funktioniert problemlos und das Bad ist klein aber sehr komfortabel und funktional, Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Il soggiorno perfetto a Rovigno

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni in questo monolocale e ci siamo trovati davvero bene: la Signora Ana è gentilissima, parla italiano e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario di check in e di depositarli dopo il check out. Lo stabile è in pieno centro, a pochi metri si trovano supermercato e panetteria, nonché i moli d’imbarco per le varie escursioni, per i taxi boat verso le isole e la spiaggia Amarin. Nonostante la posizione centrale, la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa di notte. Il monolocale è stato recentemente ristrutturate ed è arredato con gusto, è comodo e fornito di tutto il necessario. L’angolo cottura è ben attrezzato ed è pronto all’uso. È stato davvero un soggiorno perfetto!

prima appartement op centrale locatie met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf (weekje)

goede locatie, vriendelijke host (Ana), compact appartementje met nette badkamer, wat opbergruimte, koelkastje. In straatje meerdere restaurantje, dichtbij alles eigenlijk, fijne arico. Doordat de zon alleen in ochtend op gebouw staat, wordt het niet te warm binnen, ook al is het 30+_ graden.
