PENELOPE'S STREET OLD HOUSE

Come scritto anche da altri viaggiatori sicuramente la struttura è datata, come è possibile vedere anche dalle foto che sono molto verosimili, ma ciò non toglie che la posizione , la pulizia e le attenzioni del proprietario Stefanos la rendono per noi una struttura top. Siamo stati 9 giorni a Lefkada tre amici , fin da subito Stefanos si è dimostrato molto disponibile, abbiamo trovato una casa molto pulita e ordinata, ci ha fatto trovare in frigo delle bevande fresce e tutto l'occorrente per poter fare colazione in casa ( cornetti, marmellate, miele e del pane in cassetta in frigo). Abbiamo molto apprezzato il giardino dove ci rilassavamo al ritorno dal mare e la sera dopo una bella passeggiata. L'abitazione è a pochi passi dall'entrata del paese e dalla via centrale e a poco più di 200 metri dal porto turistico. Non è possibile parcheggiare l'auto nei pressi dell'abitazione , ma Stefanos ci ha indicato un parcheggio che si trova a circa 400 mt molto comodo e con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole soggiornare a lefkada town questa struttura , centrale con un bel giardino e sopratutto con Stefanos che ti assiste per ogni bisogno , risponde velocemente ai messaggi su whatapps e si preoccupa di scriverti se hai bisogno di qualcosa ed è sempre pronto ad intervenire. Прекрасна малка традиционна къщичка с две спални , кухня и баня . Има всичко удобства в къщата - не открихме абсолютно нищо да липсва , дори домакинът беше ни заредил с бутилирана вода в хладилника , сок , кафе , сметана , кроасани и т.н за закуска :-)Малък, кокетен двор , обзаведен с градинска мебел. Много добра локация ( в самия център на града) с пешеходен достъп до всички заведения , магазини , ресторанти , Имаше удобно място и да паркираме колата си , макар и на разстояние, Стефанос беше много любезен , отзивчив и сме много доволни от престоя си в неговата къща . Препоръчвам !

The location was very central loved the fact that there was a private garden

The location was great. The air conditioning worked well. There was bottled water in the fridge when we arrived. We asked for sun umbrellas and they were delivered the same day.

The bathroom was pretty disgusting. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Half of the flat had no natural light and very low ceilings. The garden was not private as it appears in the photos and the sun lounger pictured was missing. Fresh linens were only delivered on our final night. The house needs renovating and modernising throughout to be comfortable for a stay.
