The small house has a great location. You can stop by, unload everything from baggage to groceries and search in walking distance a free of charge parking spot. Even if you dont have a car everything you need is nearby from restaurants to the City center. From the communication to the checkin and -out everything was professional and fast. The house itself is very clean, has everything a family with Kids need. Although the space is limited its more than enough and the veranda is awesome. And even that you can see the Main Road you dont hear nothing, quite and cozy. Of course there is noise sometimes from the nearby restaurant but it has its own charme. WHO wants silence and lives in the center anyway. Last but not least and I could go on and on, the beds are great. Highly recommend this house in Lefkada.

Perhaps only my personal opinion and I told the owners this as a constructive critic I would say the kitchen ware should be stainless Steel (pan, forks and so on) and even greater would be a gas bbq on the veranda.

The house is excellently located between the marina and the historic center of Lefkada Town. Nearby, there are numerous tavernas offering excellent food at reasonable prices, several supermarkets, and a Lidl store about 1.5 km away. A major plus is the free public parking lot just across the street (25 meters away); I always found a spot there, even though I used my car daily. There is also a bus stop across the street with service to Nidri—a beautiful port town where you can catch cruises, rent motorboats (even without a boating license), and more. The house features a small garden, perfect for breakfast, dinner, or socializing. The host is very kind, open, and always ready to help. The house is fully equipped for any need, even for an extended stay, offering everything from cooking utensils to extra bed linen and towels. A quick tip: mosquitoes appear in the evening along the waterfront due to the proximity of the water, so bringing repellent is a must (you can buy it at any pharmacy; there is one right next to the accommodation). All in all, an excellent location with a very kind and helpful host—highly recommended.

Next to the house is the kitchen of a local establishment, and the staff can sometimes be a bit noisy—especially on weekends when the terraces stay open late. There is also some noise in the morning when they open up and begin deliveries and preparations for the day, but it isn't bothersome; after a full day on the island, you sleep like a log anyway. Additionally, the living room TV has occasional glitches (particularly with YouTube), but it’s not a major issue—after all, I doubt anyone comes on vacation to a wonderful island like Lefkada, with so much to do, just to stay indoors watching TV :)

The hostess was great and available for every need we had. The parking was not private but we had no issue to find free parking nearby The location was super close to the city center

I think the apartment is not suitable for 4 adults because there is not much space on the sleeping room. The bathroom is tiny and separated from the shower part. Which sometimes can be an advantage. The most disturbing part were the rumors coming from a restaurant very close to the house. My mom had difficulties to fall asleep.
