This centrally-located, 3 bed/3.5 bath home includes an entertainer’s rooftop with amazing city views, a functional garage living space with pool table, and all of the amenities you need for memorable weekend getaway. Located less than 2 miles to downtown and historic Broadway St, this home’s prime location is a short and cheap Uber ride to all of the premier honky-tonks, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

Keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code 48 hours before your check-in time. Check-in any time after 4pm. Check-out any time before 11am. Your door code will only be active from 4pm on check-in day to 11am on check-out day. Early check-in and late check-out without prior approval will incur additional fees of $50 per hour.

High Speed Wireless Internet. Roku Smart TVs set in Guest Mode in every room. **Bring your own passwords for streaming services.**

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, cups, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, pod and drip coffee makers, fire extinguisher located under sink, first-aid kit in drawer.

We provide a START-UP bundle of incidentals for your convenience while at the property – PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen and bath trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar. Basic cleaning and sanitizing products may be available.

There are floodlight cameras located on the exterior of the home near the front entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Property was as advertised with the exception of the pool table which Michelle informed prior to check in it was being replaced. The property was clean, well-organized and equipped. We only had 4 in our party, but the home can accommodate large groups. Home is located close to downtown with easy access to the interstate. Home has a lot of steps, but does have a bedroom on bottom level (entry level). I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Newer condo with plenty of room to accommodate all types of groups visiting Nashville. Close Uber ride away to all main areas. Roof top patio was great for enjoying a meal to play a couple games; downstairs garage also had a pool table and other items to enjoy indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate. I also like the small things like coffee pods, spices and shower gel in the bathrooms. I wish we could have parked in the garage but then it wouldn't have the games. There was plenty of street parking and all was safe.

In general it was a decent property to spend our weekend in a new city. The amenities on the roof top need to be refreshed and the house needs a DEEP cleaning. It seems just light cleaning was done before our stay. The Host was attentive and kind.
