These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
💸 OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
🚫 We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

We stayed 2 nights while in town for my son's graduation from college. It's a great house. The hosts were great with answering questions and helping with the minor things we needed addressed. My only complaint was the thermostat was set at 76 degrees. For whatever reason whenever we turned it down it would come down a couple degrees and then reset to 76 again. The host tried to send someone out but I had set my phone down and missed it. They did try trouble shooting but we were in and out so much we let it go. I would definitely look into this location again if I'm the area.

Great experience! Had a group of 11 people and there was more than enough space. The place was clean and ready to go and owners were incredibly communicative throughout always checking if we needed anything. We even asked for more blankets and they were delivered later that day! the roof access with fire pit was a added bonus. would love to do another trip here in the future!

Overall the space met our needs. There was some confusion on beds and sizes in each room. The space was decorated very cool. Several small things needed attention. The two beds in the main bedroom are of lower quality and one actually broke. Outside the garage was filthy and trash was strewn everywhere. Someone had left a backpack in the alley and several needles on the ground.
I would stay again because of proximity to downtown and communication with management and there willingness to try to correct any issues.
