With sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests, including a pull-out couch, this condo is ideal for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking to explore the area. Guests will appreciate the convenience of in-unit laundry, as well as covered parking in a nearby garage.
To make the most of your stay in Traverse City, we provide two bikes for guests to use as they explore the area. Whether you're cycling along the lakeshore, visiting nearby wineries, or simply taking in the local scenery, these bikes are the perfect way to get around.
The Cozy Capri Condo features a full-sized kitchen supplied with all the essentials, making it easy for guests to whip up their favorite meals at home. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and a selection of games for their use.

The Neighborhood:
Cozy Capri Condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City, just steps away from the city's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Enjoy a stroll through the charming downtown area, explore the nearby parks and beaches, or take a wine tasting tour of the local vineyards.
Getting Around:
Walking is most convenient. There is a dedicated parking lot outside the building that is first come first serve, as well as a public parking deck located next to the condo building. Uber and Lyft are both available.
We provide two bikes (& helmets) for you to easily enjoy downtown Traverse City! Please note that guests use the bikes at their own risk.
Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
Please note that you will need to walk down a flight of stairs to access our condo. Once inside, you'll immediately feel at home in our beautifully decorated space. The space can comfortably host four guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will be able to reach out at any point with questions or concerns via call or Airbnb. We strive to be readily available to all guests.

The Cozy Capri Condo was such a nice place to stay. I was lucky enough to get a parking place in the tiny lot behind the property and I parked my car for my 5 day stay! Anywhere I wanted to go I could walk or I could use one of the bikes provided which was great. I really appreciated that I could borrow a bike to use if I wanted to explore a bit further. The condo was quiet and really comfortable.

Great location and safe. You can walk to downtown which is awesome.
Parking in the parking lot is full on the weekends so if you can’t find a spot you have to pay to park in the garage. It is close which is nice as there are always spots.
I would stay there again.

This one bdrm was the perfect stay for a quick work trip. Very clean, and very comfortable. Also, awesome location. Host communicates well, is super prompt with responses. I would definitely stay here again!
