Situated on the edge of Oregon wine country Butteville is centrally located between Portland & Salem 8 minutes off I-5. Spacious retreat featuring 2 full size bedrooms. Large and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with two bathrooms. Washer and dryer off kitchen. This is the downstairs unit of the house.
Walking distance to Champoeg Park featuring trails that wind along the scenic Willamette river. Oregon wineries 5-10 minutes away.
