Situated on the edge of Oregon wine country Butteville is centrally located between Portland & Salem 8 minutes off I-5. Spacious retreat featuring 2 full size bedrooms. Large and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with two bathrooms. Washer and dryer off kitchen. This is the downstairs unit of the house.
Walking distance to Champoeg Park featuring trails that wind along the scenic Willamette river. Oregon wineries 5-10 minutes away. St. Paul Rodeo 10 minutes away. 30 minutes to downtown Portland, the Oregon Zoo, & Portland International Airport. Within an hour you can be at Mt. Hood or in just a little longer the Oregon coast. Great place to stay clean, comfortable, away from the city but close to everything.I was unsure about having simeone above us but they had littles too so it worked out great.

Having water bottles and coffee pods is a nice touch you don’t always see. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and being close to the Butteville Store is a plus.
