Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.
📦 General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. We’re not responsible for post-checkout charges.

Cute 1960s retro motel vibe. Loved being so close to the beach. Lots of walkable food, bars and shops. Heated pool was so warm, that was fantastic.
Now, yes the room was tight if you stay in the room we had. Other options are available. As stated in another review, they could throw in at least folding chair to sit on. The tile floor was dirty, as it turned the white shower rug black. Also, being close to the pool was nice, until you tried to go to slyamd the thin walls did not mute the party going on at the pool. Overall, I would stay again in a larger room. If you loved the feeling of the 60s, then this place is for you. No fuss no muss .

I'm nervous to leave this place a good review because i dont want the prices to go up... but this is my new go-to for clearwater. I come to clearwater a few times a year, usually stay at the big nice and expensive hotels, but this was the only thing avaliable when i went to book my last minute trip and im so glad i took a chance. Everything was clean, rooms were cute, beds were comfy, heated pool, and although this place is right in the middle of the hussle and bussel; it is still secluded and quiet. 5 minute walk to all my fav spots. Communication with the host was prompt and consistent. Self check in/out was perfect. I could keep going on and on but to sum it up i was very pleased with my stay (:
