In the spring, summer, and early fall, you'll enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and wildlife watching right off our deck. We have two kayaks available for guests to use. Lounge on the large deck right on the water. Space for parking a boat under dock or on parking lot. Centrally located 15 minutes from Oaklawn and historic downtown Hot Springs. Wi-Fi. Equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5.

We booked this stay for a last-minute getaway with our three grandsons, and it couldn’t have turned out better. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and felt immediately welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The highlight for the boys was definitely the kayaks; they spent hours exploring and having fun on the water. It was such a wonderful place for making memories together. We truly appreciate the thoughtful touches from the host and highly recommend both the property and the host to anyone looking for a great stay!

The deck is fabulous! It is over the lake with lots of fun bird and people watching to do. None of us were into water sports, but I you are this would be a great place. The cabin is clean with plenty of amenities. The host was so gracious and welcoming! Next time I’m in Hot Springs this is where I want to stay!

Our stay in Arkansas was fun. The cabin was a little older and smaller than expected and the photos on the website were a little out dated but overall it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The driveway into the cabin was very steep and could use repairs. The dock was huge and perfect for fishing and relaxing. There were 2 kayaks available for us to use which was fun for the time spent at the cabin. There were no issues that needed the owners attention but she did leave her contact information just in case.

The property is so charming and homie. The kitchen big, has spices, coffee machine, filters, full size fridge. The dinner area is so pretty with a full size oval table and 4 chairs. The living room is so cute and cozy plenty of throws, movies and games to choose from! The rooms are peaceful and comfortable. The porch is huge! It has a patio table and hammock hook up. The bathroom is super adorable with great hot water pressure. The neighbors are very nice. The owner is very responsive and respectful ensuring a wonderful stay. There’s a welcome book with panflits of things to do in the area. Must go to central avenue and try the bathhouses!

Kids and myself had a great time. Plenty of room inside to relax at the end of the day for the 4 of us. Huge dock to enjoy sitting outside, playing games, eating lunch, blowing bubbles, etc. Swam and kayaked literally all day, then popped some popcorn and watched a movie on the couch. Has a very rustic, homey vibe in a calm, quite cove. Reminded me of a dock house a family friend owned and we would spend summer days there to play and picnic. Host was very kind and easy to converse. The only hiccup we had was handled so quickly it didn't effect a moment of our weekend.

We enjoyed our stay! This is an old family lake house that was perfect for our trip to Hot Springs. We spent our mornings at Ron Coleman quartz mine & the Crater of Diamonds State park. The lake house was the perfect place to cool off & enjoy the evenings on the water.

Emily was so quick at answering any questions we had before and during our trip. The house was great for us and the use of the kayaks was perfect. The house had just about everything that was needed. The porch was fabulous so much room. The beds were comfy and worked perfect for the 4 of us. The kids loved having the 2nd tv in there room so they were up late past bed time but that was ok 😀 I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to hot springs just to rest or explore the town! We had so much fun exploring Hot Springs. Only wish we stayed longer. Still a few more things we would have liked to have done but just ran out of time. Just some of the things we did and enjoyed in our 5 days was the bath house (I did that loved it!!!) we did escape room,putt putt, the gangster museum and the bath house museum. We did the hands o. Science museum that said 3 to 4 hrs we were there closer to 5 so much to see and do. Of course we went to the national park hiked a lot went up the needle. Had ice cream and some really good pizza right behind bath house row Thank you for allowing us to share the cottage and hope we left it as nice as it was when we got there.

We booked this place based on location and amenities and were pleasantly surprised at how great everything else would be! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, super comfortable beds, and the most amazing lakeside deck. It rained while we were there so we're determined to go back JUST to enjoy the deck! We all(2 adults and 3 kids under 4) slept peacefully and didn't need for a thing!

If you are looking for all the comforts of home this isn’t the place for for you If you are Looking to get away from everything and relax this place is perfect ! There is no Wi-Fi or satellite And that made it great for us we wanted a place to just spend time with our kids It’s pretty basic - no dishwasher or washing machine . There is a huge deck where u can fish and feed the geese and ducks There were plenty of supplies A few extra towels would be good if staying longer since there is no washer Also I didn’t pay close attention when I booked but there’s only a shower and that was a little challenging with my handicapped daughter but we made it fine and no plug in in the bathroom but there is a mirror right outside and plug ins so it was fine We took our kayak and fishing poles The drive is steep as mentioned but we didn’t have any problems in our truck My husband said if you’re a democrat or yankee this ain’t the place for ya 🤣 We’re county folks so this was a great place to stay and get away and spend family time without distractions And would stay here again

We had such a great time. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We brought our bass boat and we were able to dock it right below the deck. Emily was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She really goes the extra distance to make you feel comfortable. The snacks were a nice touch and having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect because we prefer to cook.

My family loved staying here for 3 nights. The house was nice and the AC was great on those hot days. There were ducks and geese to feed and I even caught some catfish right off the dock. There are plenty of perch to catch too so bring your kids poles and they'll have a blast. We brought our boat and it was nice to have somewhere covered to leave it overnight. If I had one thing I'd like to see different it would be the addition of a washer/dryer to the property. I didn't realize there wasn't one when we booked it. It's not a deal breaker but it would be nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Emily was a great host & so helpful with details like boat launch, fireworks, and trailer parking. Our kids enjoyed the snack basket she left for us complete with cookies and popcorn! The only downfall was that it isn’t centrally cooled. Fans were provided which made this small flaw all the better! Location was great. We had the best trip for the 4th. Thanks again!
