For the price stay was really good. We would come again.

It was clean and there was enough space for baggages and personal things even in the bathroom.

Our room was right next to the parking space so in the evening and during the night as well there were people talking and we could hear whole conversations even across closed windows.

A lovely and calm place

The house owners were really nice even though they don't speak English, the apartment has everything essential for a short stay, it's not far from the center but in comparison with other accommodations it's very calm and quiet, in the morning we only listened to the birds singing. The owners also let us use the washing machine

In general everything was good, the apartment was a little bit small, because with the luggage it was difficult to walk between the bed and the bathroom, but for a short stay it's more than fine

Great hostages

The owner is so kind and friendly, she tried her best to satisfy us. On our first day, she left us cold water, which we needed most because the weather was so hot and our water was already hot as well. She let us use washing machines, and AC is working greatly. The facilities are so good!

If you have a car there is no any problem but we didn't had and that's why we went everywhere by foot and just be aware of the dogs and the smell of the trash on all te way of Vlora and the way to the house. Every night, you can eel the smell of the trash. There is pollution in the city.

A quite and relaxing place, very clean and cozy, with private parking places situated at 5-10 minutes walking to a sandy large beach. The host is very friendly and helpful, one of the best owners that we’ve stayed.

It was very clean and the owners were really nice. I was quite relieved to be able to use the washing machine for the beach towels. The location is in the suburbs and it is really quiet but also close to both the city and good beaches (check out Narta beach if you are with a car - it was great for kids). Good value for money.

I could have used a sheet change, otherwise everything was as expected.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were nice, polite, and we understood each other easily. They changed our sheets and towels several times, also thay made a cake and it was wonderful, thanks for the cake, it was my birthday that day. :) There is a private parking space and you won't have to worry about your car. The apartment is nice, clean and neatly furnished with new mattresses, it has a new air conditioner, a new fridge that cools well, new TV with smat tv inside, so you can play youtube...,Wi-fi work fine, new glass ceramic hob and everything else you need to make breakfast and lunch for you and your children. There was always hot water, soap, toilet paper... and everything you need, the hosts are at your disposal and will bring it to you immediately. In a word - extravagant. Definitely we are going next year again. Kindly recommend this apartment if you are looking a real vacation. p.s. i kindly recomended to the owner to put some sign in front of the house, to easily find the new guest who come for the first time.

La comunicación con los anfitriones fue sencilla y fue facil encontrar el apartamento gracias a las indicaciones.

La habítacion era más pequeña de lo que esperabamos, la recomendamos para pasar la noche pero quizás no un periodo de tiempo más largo.

Ubicación en zona residencial y tranquila, en un paseo de unos 15 minutos se llega al centro. La propietaria muy amable en todo lo que le preguntamos.

Más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotos. La habitación estaba plagada de mosquitos. Nos costó mucho encontrar el apartamento. Calidad/precio justita en comparación al resto de apartamentos donde estuvimos en Albania.

La struttura e’ in una perfetta posizione, in un quartiere residenziale e abbastanza tranquillo (un punto veramente di forza, vedendo il traffico di Valona). Il servizio biciclette e’ veramente utile, ti permette di visitare Valona molto rapidamente, sfruttando appieno la lunghissima pista ciclabile che parte dalla via vicino all’appartamento. Consiglio molto l’appartamento, soprattutto per la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Paola e della sua famiglia, che sono stati capaci di farci sentire subito a nostro agio.

Sono piu’ gli aspetti positivi, ma se dovessi trovare un suggerimento per migliorare l’esperienza aggiungerei qualcosa per rendere piu’ confortevole la doccia, magari un box doccia.

Soggiorno a Valona

Monolocale situato a circa 5 minuti dal porto di Valona sottostante la casa dei proprietari. Locale molto pulito e tenuto con molta attenzione. All'interno vi è un angola cottura piccolino ma con tutto il necessario (piatti, pentole, posate). Possibilità di lavare i panni con una lavatrice ad uso comune. Il nostro monolocale presentava un piccolo spazio esterno che garantiva la propria privacy e la possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto all'interno del cortile privato. La proprietaria si è mostrata gentilissima ed accogliente. Parla anche italiano.

Het was erg schoon, genoeg keukengerei om te koken, host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor €28 in juli een goed verblijf. Privé parkeren achter een hek was mogelijk.

Voor langere verblijven wellicht wat klein. Het bed was wat aan de harde kant. Ook was het lastig vindbaar, maar dat is bijna overal in Albanië het geval.

L’accoglienza è stata perfetta. La ragazza che lavora lì (forse la proprietaria) è stata gentilissima, educata e molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Il posto era pulito, accogliente e ben posizionato. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la possibilità di usare la lavatrice.

Non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo durante il soggiorno.

La dame est très gentille, je n’ai rien à dire là-dessus.

Malheureusement, notre expérience était très mauvaise, nous avons dû tuer une dizaine d’insectes dont 5 araignées il y avait deux grosses araignées de chaque côté du lit nous avons été obligé de quitter l’hôtel à 2h du matin pour trouver un autre hôtel car la chambre était infesté d’araignées. Ça peut arriver de voir quelques insectes ou une araignée, mais quand je vois une dizaine d’araignées, c’est qu’il y a un problème dans la propreté. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée mais elle était pire, il y avait au moins une vingtaine de moustiques qui étaient prêt à nous piquer pendant toute la nuit. L’emplacement n’est vraiment pas idéal c’est loin de tout, mais pour quelques dizaines d’euros, si il n’y avait pas autant d’araignées, ça vaudrait la peine peut-être.

Absolutamente recomendable si quieres huir del centro y estar tranquilo.

Las habitaciones son la planta baja de un chalet familiar. La nuestra era bastante amplia y bien amueblada, con una pequeña cocina y nevera. Tiene una parte de terraza para cada habitación. La señora que nos atendió fue muy amable. En cuanto nos vió llegar salió para indicarnos cual era la casa porque nos la habiamos pasado. El parking, es el patio de la casa, pudimos aparcar el coche dentro aunque no tienen mucho sitio y en la calle no se puede aparcar. No hablan inglés pero nos conectamos a internet y usamos el traductor. Nos ofreció algo fresquito para beber y nos recomendó un restaurante cercano para comer que realmente estaba muy bien. La cama, como casi todas en Albania, es un poco dura pero bastante cómoda. Está un poco alejado del centro, a unos 20min caminando, pero en una zona tranquila que era lo que buscábamos y a 10min de la playa con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Relación calidad/precio muy buena.

La ducha solo tiene una cortina y el baño es un poco pequeño, pero no hay mayor problema. La bomba del agua está al lado de las habitaciones y hace un ruido muy molesto cada vez que se usan los grifos. Le falta algo de menaje para cocinar pero te puedes arreglar con lo que hay. Es una pena que no incluya desayuno porque estaría muy bien aunque haya que pagar un poco más.
