Lovely stay with beautiful view and a kind host.

The studio had a beautiful view and a great location close to the village center. Since it’s on a hill, be prepared for a bit of climbing. The sheets and towels were changed every two days, and everything was very clean. The host was also really kind and welcoming.

The only minus was the small shower cabin.

Nice and quiet village, very lovely view good value for money you have two large beaches near the village in just two kilometers away but also check the ones are in the city centre they are very good, the host was pleasant and very welcoming the studio was very clean it didn't have new fernitire but everything was functional and you have everything for small getaway I would recommend

One thing I didn't like where te one way streets they where very narrow you have to learn them at least for one day before you can ride it comfy and vith confidence also lack of parking but at the church you always have place for you're car

Amazing studio

Amazing studio - very clean and cosy. The property is close to all wonderful beaches of the area. The location is perfect, quiet and comfotable. The balcony and the view are incredible. Extremely clean studio, friendly and hospitable owners. Fully equipped kitchen. Definitely one of my best holiday, and we will visit it for sure next year! Greetings from Bulgaria!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time, the view from the terrace overlooking the sea is breathtaking. Our host Sergio was really nice and always with a smile on his face. Will definitely visit again!

Exceptional

We visited Pyrgadikia as a Familly many many years after the last time we’ve been here. Stergios and his wife were very very welcoming. We stayed on the ground floor that has a nice veranada with a great sea view. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely visit this place again.

Beautiful view and extremely pleasant place

Actually I like everything in this place. First beautiful view, warm welcome from the host, perfectly clean and very well equipped apartment. Good TV, lots of dishes, and all small things that you need for pleasant stay. There are lots of very cosy and not expensive retaurants in Pyrgadikia, very near the apartment. You can take a quick bath on a two local beaches or you can stroll around by car for many others. Pyrgadikia is so cosy place with very good energy and atmosohere.

Vacation beyond our expectations!

We had such an amazing time while staying in Pyrgadikia at Sultana Arava Studios! First, the hosts are amazing! Very friendly, helpfull and welcoming. Don't hesitate to ask for some tips as where to eat in Pyrgadikia, where to go, which beaches (nearby or in the place) are worth visiting etc. We couldn't be more satisfied with the location, amazing view, and above all, the cleanliness of the studios! Y ou literaly have room service every two days. Some pretty high rating hotels don't have this level of service. :) If we come back to breathtaking Sithonia, we already know where our favorite place is! Thank you Mrs.Sultana and Mr.Stergios for everything! Staying in charming Pyrgadikia and having you as hosts made our vacation all the more fullfilling. Greetings from Tamara and Valentina!

Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, szívből ajánlom mindenkinek

Másodszor voltunk itt, ismét elégedetten távoztunk. Tisztaság, felszereltség nekünk megfelelt. Tulajdonos kedvessége, gondoskodása páratlan. Otthon éreztük magunkat ismét. Pár lépésre a központtól van a szállás, kiváló tavernák, bolt, pékség a közelben. Egyszerűen remek volt minden!!!!!

Stergios ist ein sehr herzlicher und humorvoller Gastgeber, der sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
