The house is very well laid out so it seems like a lot of space; this was great for our trip since we had a set of two-year old twins and a dog. Plenty of room for them to ramble. It was clean and well supplied, and just very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and attentive. I highly recommend it for family/group trips!
This is not so much a negative, as something that you should be aware of. This is residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a immediate "beachy" experience, the beach is a longish walk or a short drive away. That said, if you want a place where you can relax away from the crowds and feel at home, it is a great choice.

Location was good, size was good.
Dryer didn’t heat up, ice maker didn’t work, remote in bedrooms didn’t work . Pull out bed in couch was broken.
