The host is good at communicating through whatsapp-quickly replies. The room was clean. Aircon was really good.
The only down side was there were small cockroaches in the kitchenette and toilet.

Tidy little apartment in big condo. Enough cooking gear to whip up simple meals. Close to SM Mall of Asia. Plenty of shops outside condo on ground level.
Apartment is riddled with cockroaches.
Gym and pool entry not included...payment required.

Quick replies and response from the owner. The property manager personally visited us in the unit to make sure we are okay. Good location. Nice amenities for kids (swimming pool, playground).
Some guards are rude and not helpful. The elevators are slow and crowded. Cockroaches in the building. The unit we stayed in has pest control but we saw 3 small bugs crawling in the bathroom floor and in ceiling.
