No conditioner in one room

Centrally located, spacious apartment with two balconies and garage. Calm and well equipped with washing machine and modern kitchen Host is easy to reach and reactive.

Some equipment details are getting old, but the host promised to fix it. Unfortunately the mattress was too soft and the bed sheet a little too small, which affected a good sleep.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Strand und die Altstadt war gut und schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Im Badezimmer kam bei der Regendusche praktisch kein Wasser heraus. Die Halterung der Handbrause war kaputt. Es gab keine Handseife und das Zahnglas war innen schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Ich als Handwerker hatte selber teilweise mühe die Wohnungstüre mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen. Ich habe diese Wohnung eigentlich vor allem nur wegen der Option Parkplatz inklusive gebucht. Jedoch musste ich ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus zusätzlich buchen, da nur kleine Autos vor Ort platz haben. Beim Geschirrspüler Reinigungstablettenfach defekt.

La posizione e’ assolutamente l’unico punto a favore dell’appartamento, l’organizzazione dell’host è impeccabile, presente e puntuale nella comunicazione

L’appartamento e’ mal curato e necessita di una ristrutturazione, i mobili sono di scarso pregio e andrebbero rinnovati perche’ in alcuni casi rotti, aria condizionata rumorosissima e solo in camera da letto, toilette tipo treno di 4 classe, le tende sulle terrazze sono inutilizzabili e la porta finestra non si chiude. Per concludere non basta avere una posizione strategica se poi non mette cura all’appartamento.
