Beautiful house with amazing views of river. Walking distance to shops and eateries of Broughty ferry. Plus sheltered rear garden contains bbq and garden furniture.
Slight mix up with cleaning staff regarding entry time.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Although I missed a radio in the kitchen.

We had a great stay at Villa by the Sea, house was amazing and had everything we wanted. Not only beautiful inside but great outside too. Great location, fantastic views over the Tay, BBQ, lovely enclosed sunny garden to sip fizz and safe for our wee dogs. Jamie, our welcome host was really friendly and very informative, made us feel very welcome!
