Sicherheit im gesamten Haus, Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Die Eingangstüre zur Wohnung zu öffnen, war beim ersten Mal eine Herausforderung, ging extrem streng und erst nach vielen Versuchen. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett mit dem Drehknauf war nicht praktikabel.

Prostorné ubytování se spoustou úložných prostor. Soukromí. Garaz na parkování auta vše propojeno s výtahem. Dobra poloha s blízkosti MHD, obchůdku i restauraci. Čistota na 1*. Zařízení nové nepoškozené. Skvěle vybavená kuchyně. Prostorná koupelna.
Bohužel jsme měli pokoje orientované do rušné ulice a pro citlivější lidi může být hluk především v noci problém. To je daň za super polohu v rámci čtvrti.
