The location near Ochota station was good… a quieter station…

A bit quirky and the instruction sent to me suggested that there would be a chip for the rubbish chute, but there wasn’t… The instruction also suggested there would be a fine for smokers and though I am not a smoker, there are issues with the flat that could lead other guests towards a fine for damage… A metal strip between parquet flooring and entrance tiles is loose, leading to either damage to strip (fine!) or injury to guest!!! Also the toilet roll holder in the shower room/toilet needs tightening, otherwise a guest will ‘break’ it and be… fined!!! Finally, the kitchen would benefit from having a good oven dish!!!

The place was spacious and fairly clean, a few minutes away from bus stations and about 7 minutes away from the closest metro station. Hot water and heating was always available and this apartment is in the first floor mezzanine, with no neighbours below which allowed some more (but common sense) noises when arriving at the accommodation after 22:00. The main bed was also big and fairly comfortable and most of the electric devices were new and in good condition (fridge, washing machine, tv)

Despite the photos having the nespresso machine and pods, the reality was that all we found was old ground coffee in a glass container and a mocha pot for the stove. Some of the kitchen edge floor tiles were not glued down and tripping over them almost granted us a visit to the nearest Polish hospital. The plants are not well taken care of and one of them had mites, so we had to be careful not to get close as we have many plants at home. In the bathroom the shower drain was not properly fixed and there was a perpetual sewage smell that was not pleasant. The second bed in the dormitory (which served as the bed for our 3rd guest) is broken and one side dropped down as soon as you extended it - if your group requires a second double bed, you might want to look for other options.
