The hectic construction around the property

Location on the beach . Heated pool.
The large rug in the living room was filthy dirty. Had to walk on it all week. There was a strong sewer smell coming out of the toilet in the 2nd bedroom.

Like the view, like the washer and dryer and location
Light bulb was burned out in master bath and toilet paper rack fell off the wall. It would be nice to have door on third bedroom and the heat/ac wasn't very good in that room. The entry door lock could be better.

I liked how close the condo was to the beach and other area attractions. The gift shop was fantastic and the woman running the place was very friendly.
Here are the things to improve upon: 1) There was no wine bottle opener. 2) The can opener did not work. 3) Please include more large trash bags. 4) You should mention that there is a waste water runoff right out front with filthy water. 5) the elevators and crosswalks did not smell great. 6) The condo needs more elevators for the number of units; we had a to wait a long time.
