Good neighbourhood by Quito standards, clean room, friendly staff, good food. I also like the vibe - lots of colourful murals and a great view from the terrace!
Really only encountered one minor issue: Check-in took forever because staff hadn't organised things properly. I normally wouldn't care but the kitchen was closed by the time I made it there. I arrived just in time to see the last plate of nachos go out

Solid budget Hostel. Cheap laundry service. Cheap luggage storage. Rooftop bar with amazing views for the city at the top

-bedroom was nice and big
- hot water in the shower
- beautiful view from the rooftop
- close to the city center
- I arrived late from Cuyabeno and it was perfect place to stay overnight. Checked in around 23:30
- I could stay in common area and wait for my bus to Cuyabeno even though I did not have a booking for that day. It was really nice
- shared shower and toilet
- it was extremely cold inside. I could barely sleep at night (it is not unusual in Quito)
- I ordered a burger at the rooftop and it was very poor quality (the beef patty was disgusting and resembled more mortadella)
- QR codes and passwords for internet do not work (from my room and from the rooftop). I had to ask staff to write correct password
