Instalaciones y atención del propietario. Zona de aparcamiento cercana.
Nada especialmente. La ubicación está muy cerca del centro, apenas 19 minutos, aunque al estar ubicado en el barrio alto, hay que subir alguna cuesta, también con opcion de escaleras

El alojamiento está impoluto, tiene de todo, i amos con cosas de casa por si acaso que no hemos tenido que utilizar, Pedro está desde el primer minuto pendiente de que no te falte de nada, te aconseja sitios, te responde al minuto a cualquier duda, solicitud etc. De Sanlucar que decir, se come espectacular, las carreras de caballos en la playa alucinante, sin duda repetiremos, eso sí donde Pedro

The apartment is nice and very clean. Beds and pillows are extremly comfortable. Kitchen are fully equipped with every tools. There is a big LCD screen and air conditioning system. The host is welcoming and he gives useful and appreciated advise about the house, the car parking and the place where to eat in Sanlucar. The apartment is 10 min. far from the city centre and 20 min. from the seaside. Free parking just around the corner.
I suggest to make available a table with chairs (it is difficult for a family to have breakfast without them).
