Mercedes è stata super gentile e rapida nel risolvere un problema col cancello del condominio (che non dipendeva da lei). La posizione è ideale, molto luminoso, tutte le finestre sono dotate di avvolgibile quindi la mattina si riesce a dormire fino a tardi, anche perché c'è abbastanza silenzio.
