Lastnica je bila prijazna in odzivna, poslala mi je vse podatke za vstop v apartma. Na voljo je parkirno mesto ob stavbi, kar je super. Stanovanje je bilo zelo čisto in lepo urejeno. Je tudi zelo blizu arene (6 min peš) in okrog 10 min hoje od restavracij, barov, trgovin ipd.
Kopalnica je precej majhna. V spalnico se sliši odpiranje in zapiranje vhodnih vrat bloka tudi če zapreš vrata spalnice.

Sve je bilo odlično, komunikacija sa vlasnicom, u stanu je sve na nivou i ima sve što je potrebno. I mali detalji kao - so, ulje, šećer i kafa ukoliko nešto treba da se spremi. Blizu je centra, ima parking što je izuzetno.
Spavaća soba gleda na ulicu gde je semafor tačno ispred prozora, tako da kad se zaustave automobili, muzika, razgovor... bučno je. Ali to ništa ne menja opšti utisak o smeštaju.
