Everything. Check in was seamless even at 1am, the location was perfect for us, close to Macedonia intercity bus station and the mall. The place was so modern and clean, and not to mention huge and spacious! Sleep was so comfortable.

Good location for transit

Easy access. Great staff. Plenty of free parking sport on the street around the location. Big lounge. It had an elevator. Coffee machine with capsules. Good location for transit.

The floor had some issues. We had to press a button with 10-15 min before taking a shower and the hot water wasn’t enough for 2. In the room faceing the main road you could hear the traffic

Could be better with some improvements

The suite had free parking, easy self check-in, and a good location near One Salonica Mall, close to center, in a fairly renewed building, very minimalist decoration.

Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable, it was middle saggy, and the foam mattress was extremely hot — we both had back pain. The air conditioner was right in front of the bed, making it freezing cold. We had ants in the kitchen and bathroom, and several things were in poor condition: broken balcony chairs, curtains off the rails, loose shower drain, and water spraying from taps. No hangers or place for luggage. It is also very noisy from the road down all day and night. With some care and upgrades, this place could be much better.! Work on it please!

A nice and cozy place, will book it again

We liked that everything was automated for the check in only with codes, no keys needed. The room had a very pleasant design, it was very spacious, good value for the price paid, but I guess it was also out of the tourist season. There was a public parking very close which looked free. The location is not very central, bu we didn't look for a central location either.

The neighborhood with it's neighbor were not so friendly.

Okay balcony. Easy check in. Price.

Some towels and sheets were just cleaned and were not dried beforehand, and were placed in the room a bit wet. There was not a pan even though there was a cooker. The feel of room was a bit off. Location is not amazing.

The apartment building is just near One Salonica Mall. Free parking in front of the building. Check in instructions trough the e-mail with door codes were clear and on time.Apartment is clean and offers many amenities for comfortable stay.

Comfortable studio near the mall with easy access to airport and town centre

The suite was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities that one would require for the stay were offered. Additionally, there were itinerary suggestions for the visit available. The check in -check out process was automated and the doors are on codes which makes it easy for travelling. The location was near an outlet mall and restaurant so there are food options. The location is about 30-40 minutes walk away from the town centre or you could take a bus (€0.90) from a few bus stops in the area. It was also right next to the event that we went to. There is a bus that takes you straight from the airport to a bus stop, which is a few streets away, for only €1.80.

The area seems a bit dodgy at night due to empty locked shops and garages, which isn't the hotel's fault. I would have liked to have a deadbolt or a chain on my door like in other hotels, especially because the main door, even though it was on a separate code, was never locked.

Comfortable, clean and simple scandinavian style. Nice towels, nice kitchen sets and smells very nice. Easy handling with the access to enter, very professional staff. Close to OneSalonica shopping mall. Not so far away from the center, nice 2 km walk

Issue with hot water….. you need to press certain button and you have 3 minutes hot water…. After someone needs from outside to press the button again. If not you don’t have hot water which is not pleasant at all.

Awsome stay for young couples next to One Salonica Outlet Mall

It was clean, the bed was very confortable to sleep in. The hotel staff responded instant on watsapp messages to any question I had. The room we stayed in looked exactly like in the pictures, lights were very good configurated (led lights for kitchenete, for sleep, dedicated light switch near bed) 10/10 !

Walk-in shower was a bit too opened for us (water on the bath floor after every shower). But it was a way too small inconvenient to brag about.

Convenient and comfortable

Very comfortable apartment, I booked family room, which had two rooms , bed room and hall/kitchen. Fully equipped. Very convenient especially, if you have car. Lot of free parking spaces available, makes life very easy in Thessaloniki, as finding parking is difficult. Bus stop to center is also nearby. Very streamlined process to get key codes, and 24/7 service

Nothing as such, however minor repairs need to be carried out, bathroom door screws loose. One recommendation is to provide microwave, however baking oven electric stove is available.

The apartment was very nice and pretty clean.

We received a code for the door that was incorrect and we were unable to enter our room the first two days of our stay and we had to call for help every time we wanted to enter the room. This was pretty inconvenient and before the issue was fixed the tech support people seemed a bit irritated that we had to call every time we wanted to enter the room. However, the issue was in the end resolved, but we had to quarrel a bit for this matter.

The room is big, modern it has, comfortable beds. The kitchinette has everything needed. Balcony is big. Staff is very kind. Free parking is available at location. We also stayed here in June and we booked another stay for end of August, so we definitely love Elephant Suites

The location is not the best. However if you don't mind walking, you'll reach Aristotelos square in 20-25 min. Despite the fact that neighbourhood of Elephant suites does not look good, it is not dangerous at all.

The apartment is new, very clean. Decent amount of utensils in the kitchen, coffee for the breakfast, cold water in the fridge. We used self checkin option, we like this - just a simple code, no stress to arrive at a certain hour.

A private parking would be amazing, but there are plenty of places on the street and also in the mall in the vicinity.
